Asher’s appellate practice involves working closely with trial counsel on federal and state appeals, including briefing and/or conducting oral argument. Asher also works with trial counsel in the preparation of major trial-level motions and memoranda.
Asher represents businesses and individuals in Federal trial and appellate courts around the country and in all Florida courts, with a focus on business, finance, real estate, tort and insurance litigation.
