Asher’s appellate practice involves working closely with trial counsel on federal and stateappeals, preparation of major trial-level motions and memoranda, and the conduct of oral arguments. Asher is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh, Eleventh, and District of Columbia Circuits, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
